Once the order is sent the client will receive a confirmation via email, in which there are indicated  the number of the confirmation and the sum of the requested articles and prices.

Out Of reserves the right to refuse an order. The client must check the availability and quantity of the products as well as the prices and the shipping address, informing immediately when changes occur.

The images of the products are  indicative and might not always represent the exact same product that the client might want to buy. Out Of reserves the right to modify typo errors in the order form, informing the client as soon as possible. 

For technical reasons the emails generated by our system might be identified by your email provider as Spam. Please check the Spam folder to receive our system's notifications.

 

Presells

Some products are being pre-sold, meaning that they can be booked through the payment of a small confirmatory deposit.  When the product is ready to be shipped the order can be fully submitted by paying the difference between the selling price (that is known before hand), and the confirmatory deposit itself. In case the product isn't ready at the estimated date, we give a 1 month tolerance after which the client can request the confirmatory deposit back.If the client decides to give up on the purchase without the condition explained above, the confirmatory deposit will not, in any case, be credited back to the client.The country selected while confirming the purchase with the confirmatory deposit must be the same of the shipping.

In caso il prodotto non sia pronto per la consegna nella data concordata è prevista una tolleranza di un mese, oltre questa tolleranza il cliente può pretendere la restituzione della cauzione senza alcun addebito.

Se il cliente rinuncia all' acquisto senza che si presentino le condizioni di cui sopra la caparra non verrà restituita. Il paese di spedizione selezionato in fase di deposito della caparra e quello di spedizione effettiva del prodotto devono coincidere.

Warranty

All our products are secured by manufacturing defects that arise and are reported within 24 months from the date of arrival of the product itself. Therefore, are excluded normal usage problems, problems due to an uncorrect or improper use, and problems due to shocks or falls. 

In case of substitution or repair of a warranty product the shipping expenses are divided in the following way: the expenses of the shipping from the costumer to the seller are on top of the costumer, while the expenses of the shipping from the seller to the costumer are on the seller.  Out Of reserves the right to ship the repaired or substituted product to the address indicated in the order form when the address of the sender implies more charges.

To present a warranty substitution request the client will have to present copy of the invoce.

Right to withdrawl

In case the client is not satisfied by bought product, even in absence of manifacturing defects,he has the right to withdrawl from the buying contract signaling us his intentions by email at: assistance@out-of.com within 14 days from the date of arrival of the product. The shipping charges  from the client to the seller of the bought product that he intends to give back within his right to withdrawl are on the client.

The seller will refund the client of the whole price of the bought and given back product/s without deducting eventual expenses substained by the seller for the shipping of the product.

To receive assistence please write to: assistance@out-of.com . The average time of reply to the sent emails is about 56 minutes during working days and  150 minutes on weekends and holidays. 

The telephonic assistance can be requested via email and will be provided to the discretion of the seller. Out Of reserves the right not to give telephonic assistance.
